The administrator of personal data within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016
on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and
on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter
referred to as "GDPR", is Keratronik Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw at
75 Ostródzka Street, 03-289 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register of Entrepreneurs
maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, under KRS number:
0000283318, NIP: 7010076267, REGON: 140972690.
The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted at iod@keratronik.pl.
Providing personal data in the Application and making a statement of acknowledgment
of this Privacy Policy and acceptance of its content is equivalent to consenting to the
processing of the provided personal data and information in accordance with the principles
set out in this Policy.
Refusal to provide personal data or other identifying information required by the Application
may result in the inability to properly register and consequently the inability to provide services.
Purposes and legal bases for processing users’ personal data: a) For personal data such as name,
residential address, email address, phone number, location of the monitored object – this data will
be processed to ensure the provision of services by Keratronik and to take actions preceding the
conclusion of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); the data will be processed for the period
necessary to fulfill the Administrator's obligations under the contracts and generally applicable
laws (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) and for the further period necessary to fulfill contractual obligations
and pursue claims arising from concluded contracts (the basis for such processing will be Article
6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest of the Administrator); b) Name, phone number, email
address – this data will be processed based on the user’s voluntarily given consent
(Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing purposes, including sending information about products and
promotions offered by the Operator, as well as conducting quality satisfaction surveys, and the
data will be processed for this purpose until the consent is withdrawn.
Personal data and other information generated within the functionalities of the Application
may be disclosed to authorized government bodies and institutions if required by generally
applicable laws, business partners, law firms, postal operators, carriers, partners providing
technical services, including data storage services (e.g., delivery, development of the Application,
development, and maintenance of IT systems and websites), as well as entities with whom Keratronik
has concluded contracts under which services are provided to users.
For data where the sole basis for processing is the user's consent, the user may withdraw the
given consent at any time by contacting the Data Protection Officer at iod@keratronik.pl.
The withdrawal of consent by the user does not affect the legality of data processing carried out
before its withdrawal and does not affect other obligations of Keratronik arising from concluded
contracts and generally applicable laws.
Subject to paragraph 7 above, users have the right to request access to their personal data,
rectification of personal data, deletion of personal data, restriction of personal data processing,
object to data processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority,
i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
The operator does not foresee transferring personal data to third countries or international organizations.
